Kottapuram Central School was established in the year 1992 by Kuttanassery Education Society. The School obtained affiliation up to secondary level –X th std. in 2008-09. We present our first batch students for the class examinations, conducted by the CBSE, in 2010-11.

Aim

The school aims at the overall development of the child personality by providing an environment conducive to physical, Social, mental, Moral, Spiritual, and intellectual growth. Thus presenting to the society a set of “ thinking individuals” who can contribute positively to the society. Keeping in mind the uniqueness of the child , we make sure that each child is attended to individually. Besides, we have provisions for remedial teaching for those who need special attention, Kottapuram Central School ensure a congenial atmosphere for the young ones lean and grow.

Academics

The standard of education is carefully maintained to ensure academic excellence. The course of study followed here is what is prescribed by CBSE. The medium of instruction in the school is English. We follow the 3 language program whereby, English is the first language, Malayalam is the second language and Hindi third language. Third language will be two languages only from class IX onwards. English as the first language and Malayalam / Hindi as second language.
